Australian Wagyu Association Conference & Tour 2-6 May 2018

The Australian Wagyu Association 2018 Wagyu Edge conference and tour is to be held between the 2nd and 6th of May.  This year the conference will be held in Mackay, Queensland which is situated next to the Great Barrier Reef with easy access through local ports for recreational activities (diving, fishing, swimming).  They also have a post-conference tour through a region of Australia with large numbers of Fullblood and Purebred Wagyu (more than 100,000) across local properties. MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE WAGYU OPEN DAY IN SOMERSET ON 6TH SEPTEMBER

The last of this summer's open events is to take place on 6th September at Durslade Farm, Dropping Lane, Bruton, Somerset a 1000-acre mixed farming estate consisting of beef, sheep, pig and goat enterprises. The Fullblood Wagyu herd sits alongside an 80-head suckler herd and together they supply all the meat used in its Roth Bar & Grill. Farm Manager, Paul Dovey, will accompany visitors on a tour of the farm which will be followed by a presentation by the Roth Bar & Grill’s Head Chef Steve Horrell.
